i'll sleep on the sandy floor tonight
if i'm on my own
it's not all that easy being me
with the sand in my bones
i'm not going home
the mouth of my cave is yawning
it's whispering lonely words
i can't seem to shake them from my head
like a skeleton living in darkness
i'll never feel warm again in my life
i'll sleep on the sandy floor tonight
if i'm on my own
it's not all that easy being me
with the sand in my bones
high tide washes over me
and it fills in the holes
i'm not going home

This release is beautiful.
a lot of this sounds like a nostalgic style of Chiptune that I personally enjoy
And I’m happy there’s something like this that can produce something that really flows between contemplative music and just generally vibes to just vibe to.
I love the transitions in every song, honestly the textures and soundscapes, everything feels lush and ripe.
“this is what I think about when I talk about Chiptune”
